As for proud ship’s captains, they relished a real painting of their vessel. Under full sail, at its most advantageous... sailing into a favorite port of call. Only a few painters were able to satisfy the eye of a ship’s captain, apt to check out sails and rig for the smallest error. In the style of those early, highly detailed ship’s portraits, we are proud to offer a fully hand painted series, selected for its beauty and detail. Rare and unique.
