Anchor Lamp Lantern Light, Large Bronze - Among the handful of classic ship’s lanterns the anchor light stands out for its commanding looks and its enduring practicality. Brass sheet beats rust and even acid rain. A hand made glass lens distributes light 360 degrees.

Heavy cast handles fold down when not in use but are available for hooking up the lamp using a bracket, rope, or tree branch. Above all, its classic shape is handsome, sturdy, and the way it’s made will survive generations.

IMPORTANT:
1. Before lighting, always check to make sure that the oil can reservoir is properly positioned and that no oil is leaking. 1. The oil can reservoir is located inside the lamp. It is inserted through a hole in the bottom.
2. Remove oil can reservoir from lamp. If oil can has a glass chimney on top, remove chimney.
3. Unscrew the oil can cap, with the cloth wick running through it. Remove the cap, taking the wick with it.
4. Fill the oil can reservoir approximately 3/4 full with lamp oil.
5. Replace the cap of the oil can, making sure that the bottom of the wick is pushed into the oil. Wait 10 minutes to allow the wick to absorb oil. Check to make sure the oil can does not leak. If there is no leakage, light the wick. Adjust the height of the wick and flame by turning the lever on the side of the can.
6. Return the can to the lamp in the same way it was removed.
