To Alaska, PR, HI and USVI, Additional charges (to the
Standard Delivery Charge) per shipping address apply and in some cases,

E-CHECK PURCHASES: Please be aware that all purchases made via e-check will be processed as soon as the e-check clears our account. Clearance for e-checks may take up to 4 business days. MONEY ORDERS AND CERTIFIED CHECKS: All payments made by Money Order or Certified Check must be made payable to Amaros Online Inc and sent to 2004 Winners Circle, North Lauderdale, FL 33068. STANDARD SHIPPING: Our shipping carriers are UPS, DHL, Fedex or Freight. Once packages have been picked up, shipments are generally delivered within 3 - 7 days within the 48 contiguous U.S. States (7 days being the East Coast) via Standard Ground Delivery. Shipments to Alaska
and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. If this is the case,
you will be contacted by one of our excellent sales representatives.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: Many of our products are also available for shipment to Canada. Please contact Email: contact@qualitymodelships.com to request information on availability, shipping rates and time frame for shipment deliveries.
ATTENTION: Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges for shipments outside of the Continental United States. Please supply us with the shipping address and product you are interested in so that we can provide details as expeditiously as possible. You may estimate our shipping rates to be in the range of $2.50 per pound, however this is just an estimate and in many cases is on the high end as far as estimating goes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Our Warehouse36 Model Ship Kits are also available for shipment to Canada only. This amount does not include related importing fees that may be incurred upon arrival of the shipment to its destination. Related importing fees are determined at the time of arrival and can not be estimated since this is dependent on the arrival government's policies and regulations.

BACK ORDERS:
Some of our items may be obtained on back order. If you have purchased an item that is no longer available, we will immediately contact you to give you the option of either purchasing said item with the understanding that shipment on said item will go out when available, purchasing another item or providing you with a full refund on your purchase. If you would like for us to let you know when an unavailable item becomes available, we will gladly oblige via your contact information.

QUALITYMODELSHIPS.COM RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Returns will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects (as determined by Manufacturer).
- Customers must contact Email: contact@qualitymodelships.com before returning a product in order to obtain an authorization number and ship-to address.
- A Dealer initiated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before a return can be accepted.
- Returns must be in the original packaging, having not been assembled and must be in "like new" condition suitable for resale.
- Returns will be replaced or repaired at discretion of Manufacturer. Replacement will ONLY be for the same model.
- A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not shipped.
- An
order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a
restocking fee, plus the cost of the return freight. Non-defective
returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original freight charges will not be refunded.
- Many of our products are sold with shipping fees
already included in the purchase price or with discounted shipping
rates. Please note that should you wish to cancel or return an item
that has already been shipped, any and all "actual" shipping costs
associated with the original shipment will be deducted from your refund.
- Any refused/non-deliverable shipments will be subject to the original
shipping costs, the shipping
costs associated with the return shipment and a 20% restocking fee. Once we receive
the returned merchandise and inspect the item(s), a product refund will be issued
within 10 business days, less the 20% restocking fee, original shipping fee and return shipping fee. Shipping charges
are never refundable. If original payment was made with a charge card, a credit
will be posted to the same card. Purchases made by check will be refunded by
check.
- Unless the product was damaged upon receipt, all returns must be shipped prepaid freight. This
means that customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the
address supplied when the return was requested and for paying for said
shipping.
- Received orders may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless merchandise is found to be defective as noted above.
- Customer is solely responsible for shipping any
returned product to QualityModelShips.com. Customer agrees to use only
reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance
for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all
shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return
product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products
will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the
original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other
accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the
returned product is missing, QualityModelShips.com's Return Procedure will be
breached and QualityModelShips.com may in its sole and absolute discretion
reject the entire return or choose to impose necessary charges against
the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
- If
conditions for the product return as stated above are met, a dealer
initiated RMA will be issued to you and this return authorization
number (RA #) must be marked on your return package. With the exception
of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will
be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a
restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or
date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in
original packaging, unused, in original condition and received at the
address directed for returns within 15 days of your original receipt of
the product. Item will be inspected prior to replacement or repair.

* There are occasions where merchandise must be returned. Prior to
returning any item, an "RA" number (Return Authorization) must be
obtained to receive credit. A 20% handling charge must be charged for
all items returned for reasons beyond our control. Items must be
returned freight prepaid. Credit or refund will be issued at the
purchase price upon receipt of the merchandise minus any and all
shipping fees related to the original shipment and return shipment.
* Customer

* Inspect goods upon receipt. Report shortages, damages or
defects within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without
prior approval. Returns must have an assigned Returned Goods
Authorization number. All returns must be shipped using AMI provided
UPS labels. A restocking charge, ranging from a minimum of 15% up to
30%, may be applied to some returns as determined by Authentic Models. Credit or refund will be issued at the
purchase price upon receipt of the merchandise minus any and all
shipping fees related to the original shipment and return shipment.
* Customer is solely responsible for
shipping any

* What can I do if I receive a damaged shipment? Please notify
us by phone, fax or email immediately within 7 days of shipment
arrival. Please provide us photos of any damage.
For damaged or defective items: Time
is of the essence when reporting a damaged or defective item. You must
report any issues you may have within 7 days. Once a report of damage
or defectiveness has been received (within 7 days of shipment arrival),
we will
replace your item or refund the full cost of item minus any and all
shipping fees related to the original shipment when a replacement is
unavailable. To get a
replacement, simply return the model (It will be your responsibility to return the shipment within 7 days after notifying us).
Undamaged Items: If an item is not damaged or defective, but you would still like to return it, customers must contact Email: contact@qualitymodelships.com
within 7 days of shipment arrival. Before returning a product you must obtain an authorization number
and ship-to address. A Dealer initiated RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) is required before a return can be accepted. Returns

HOW ARE MODEL SHIPS PACKED AND TRANSPORTED?
Packaging:
Each ship is individually packed in a carton box. A wooden frame is used
to protect the ship from breakage when the box is accidentally tipped
up side down, dropped or has heavy objects placed on it.
For ships and yachts with simple details, they are packed with masts
fold down.
For aircrafts and vehicles, we use foam or cushion to put around the
item for protection. The whole case is protected with a wooden crate.
Shipping:
* North America:
For small shipments, we ship out by D.H.L. ground. For
larger orders we ship by common carrier (Freight). Please note, if your item has a shipping fee of $150 or more, your item(s) will be transported via trucking company. IMPORTANT: Please click here to learn more.
* World:
Container orders will be shipped by ocean freight. * For quantity orders, we usually send the shipment in a full 20 or 40
foot container load (FCL).
It takes about 3-6 weeks from Vietnam's sea port to overseas by sea
freight.

on the season of the year)

a display case to increase their values and also to prevent dust.
